STRENGTH SKILL

Athletics allows you to perform deeds of physical prowess. When you use the Escape basic action (page 470), you can use your Athletics modifier instead of your unarmed attack modifier

Actions Proficiency Summary
Climb Untrained You move up, down, or across an incline.
Force Open Untrained Using your body, a lever, or some other tool, you attempt to forcefully open a door, window, container or heavy gate.
Grapple Untrained You attempt to grab a creature or object with your free hand.
High Jump Untrained You Stride, then make a vertical Leap and attempt a DC 30 Athletics check to increase the height of your jump.
Long Jump Untrained You Stride, then make a horizontal Leap and attempt an Athletics check to increase the length of your jump.
Shove Untrained You push a creature away from you.
Swim Untrained You propel yourself through water.
Trip Untrained You try to knock a creature to the ground.
Disarm Trained You try to knock something out of a creature’s grasp.

Quick Climb 7 When Climbing, you move 5 more feet on a success and 10 more feet on a critical success, to a maximum of your Speed.

Wall Jump 7 You can use your momentum from a jump to propel yourself off a wall.
